A new LEGO set has been announced as Disney continues to celebrate its 100th anniversary with the Disney100 celebration. The LEGO | Disney Castle is a 4,837-piece that recreates the castle seen at the beginning of Disney movies. Along with being recognizable from the beginning of movies, this castle also has references to 14 classic Disney films that span the last 100 years of Disney. These references range from Steamboat Willie and Snow White (the first Disney Princess) to The Princess and the Frog and Moana.
This beautiful castle LEGO set includes eight minifigures which represent Disney Princess characters and also their male counterparts. There are also different rooms to be found in the castle. This includes a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and even a ballroom. In each room, there are references to be found from Disney films and characters through the years. There is also a secret turret for fans to find a Disney time capsule that has a reference to the 100-year history of Disney. On top of all of that, there are fireworks on the outside!
This new LEGO | Disney Castle set will be available globally through LEGO Store and also at LEGO.com/castle starting on July 1, 2023 for LEGO VIPS. The set will be available for all starting on July 4, 2023. The retail price is $399.99.
