“Coco: The Official Cookbook” With Over 50 Recipes Now Available for Pre-Order

Coco: The Official Cookbook is now available for pre-order. This cookbook has over 50 Mexican recipes that are inspired by Disney & Pixar’s Coco including sweet treats, appetizers, main courses, and delicious drinks. Use these to help create a fantastic dining experience as fans of the movie create dishes inspired by the movie and then enjoy watching it (yes, it’s on Disney+).

This is the first time a cookbook dedicated to Coco has been released and it promises to be fun for all ages. It will be arriving wherever books are sold starting on July 11, 2023. Check out the details below:

About the Author:

Gino Garcia is a Latinx chef, educator, recipe developer, and writer based in the Land of the Living – specifically in Seattle, Washington. His work focuses mostly on the regional cuisines and cultures of Mexico, where his familial roots are.

He earned a Culinary Degree from Seattle Central Culinary Academy and has worked in nearly every type of kitchen in the food industry, but his true love is in the exploration and understanding of Latin American Foodways. Gino has hosted pop-ups and guest chef events, and his culinary creations have been featured in the Seattle TimesMexico In My PocketChicano Eats, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Prior to entering the food scene, he worked in the public health sector on issues such as improving nutrition and food access in immigrant and BIPOC communities.
