The interest list for Cotino – A Storyliving by Disney Community has opened. This comes as work begins on the new community near Palm Springs. The following email was sent out to those who had already joined the Cotino mailing list:
We’re delighted that you’ve signed up to receive updates about Storyliving by Disney™. Cotino™, the first Storyliving by Disney community, is taking shape in beautiful Rancho Mirage, CA, with sales anticipated to begin later this year.
We’re excited to announce that we’ve opened the interest list for this location and invite you to join to stay up to date on the latest Cotino community news.
To join the Cotino community interest list, update your information on our website and select “Cotino community – Greater Palm Springs Area, CA”.
To keep receiving Storyliving by Disney updates and information about future communities, no action is needed.
To join the interest list, simply go to storylivingbydisney.com. There, a form to “Join Our List” will ask for contact information, birthdate, and area of interest when either “Cotino Community – Greater Palm Springs Area, CA” or “Future Storyliving by Disney Communities” can be selected.
Cotino – A Storyliving by Disney Community Highlights
- Cotino will welcome homeowners of all ages. There will, however, be one section that is devoted to residents who are 55+.
- There will be different home types ranging from condominiums to single-family homes.
- There are zoning approvals for development a hotel, dining and entertainment offerings along with a 24-acre oasis.
- Sales are expected to open later this year.
- People are expected to be able to move into Cotino – A Storyliving by Disney Community in 2024.
Opening of the interest list comes after Disney recently revealed some of the creative process that Imagineers have been working on for Cotino – A Storyliving by Disney Community. The Daps Magic team also recently paid a visit to the site to see progress that was being made during the holidays. Disney has also released concept art for what the homes will look like as well.
