Disney has announced the search process to be a 2023 planDisney panelist. Applications for those interested will open on Noon ET on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 and close at Noon ET on September 13, 2022. The planDisney panel is perfect for experts at planning Disney vacations and want to share what they know. Disney has released information and videos about the program today. Check them out below:
planDisney is a diverse group of passionate and knowledgeable guests (just like you!) who share their insights on planDisney.com to help other guests maximize their Disney vacations. Panelists are chosen for their ability to answer questions in one of four specialties: Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, or Disney Vacation Club. “As planDisney panelists, we’re here to listen to every question and provide a genuine, personalized response,” says current panelist Michelle. “Through our combined experiences, we’ve tasted every snack, tested every ride, sailed on all five cruise ships, and indulged in nearly every Enchanting Extra.”
For those who would like to apply, the process to pick the next planDisney panel involves three rounds this includes:
- A series of short answer questions
- A brief video submission
- An interview
Applications will be opening on September 7th at Noon ET. More information and eligibility requirements can be found at planDisneySearch.com.
For the planDisney panel, Disney looks for people who are “determined to share their knowledge, experience, and passion for helping other guests plan the most magical vacations possible” Disney shared. “If we can’t answer a question based on our experience, our experience will guide our research,” panelist Jennifer shared. “We have a sincere desire to help each guest maximize the magic on their future Disney vacations.” A great panelist has excellent communication skills and can provide clear and insightful answers in a heartfelt and meaningful way. Panelist Kamini shared, “I love to express myself through writing, so I embraced this opportunity to build my creative writing skills in a subject that is so special to me!”

It should be noted that planDisney panelists are independent contractors and not Cast Members. Panelists recieve a reward trip to one Disney Destination for themselves and up to three other family members and/or theme park tickets for their participation on planDisney.
