D23 Expo has extended the reservation preference selection window. Originally, this window to pick preferences for reservations for different panels and experiences was set to end today. However, it now ends on Sunday at 2:00 PM PT. There are four categories from which each guest (over 16) can make four preferences. Reservations will be chosen randomly by Disney and then attendees will be notified. Final reservations will begin to be shared via email on September 2nd.
In an email sent out by D23, it is suggested that the more preferences that are made the better a chance of getting a reservation the guest has. Also, while submitting early does not increase the chance of a reservation, it does ensure that submissions are received before the deadline.
Four reservations for each of the following four categories can be chosen. Guests can also choose to bring one guest each.
- StagePass: Guarantees entry to sessions at Premiere Stage, Backlot Stage, Walt Disney Archives Stage, and Hyperion Stage.
- StagePass – Hall D23: Guarantees entry to sessions at Hall D23 only. Note: Hall D23 Preferred Seating ticket holders will not be able to make selections for Hall D23.
- Talent Central: Provides reservations for talent photos and signings at Talent Central.
- Show Floor Experiences: Provides reservations for talent signings, demonstrations, presentations, and giveaways happening in booths around the Show Floor.
To make select preferences for reservations, simply follow these three steps:
- Visit D23Expo.com/Reservations.
- Make your preferred selections in order of priority, and select whether you will be bringing up to one designated (1) guest.
- Submit your choices.
