On Saturday, February 19, 2022, Celebrate Soulfully kicked off at the Disneyland Resort with Celebrate Gospel. Those who visited the Fantasyland Theater in Disneyland found the venue filled with gospel music as various music groups sang their hearts out on the stage. For this day, there were five main guests singing at the Disneyland Resort. They brought energy, passion, and heart to their performances throughout the day. Nearby a gratitude wall could be found where people could share what they were thankful for. The entire event was full of heart and soul a positive addition to the Celebrate Soulfully celebration.
The Celebrate Gospel performers on February 19th included:
- Friendship Baptist Church Choir
- FReSH Generation
- Spirit and Truth Ensemble
- KJLH Radio Free Voices
- Kierra Sheard
The music began at 3:00 PM and continued until 7:00 PM. Between the main groups’ performances, the group called Sacred Groove provided even more gospel music for those in attendance to enjoy.

This day will include Gospel artists Jonathan McReynolds and Mali Music. The Singers of Soul will also be on hand to perform, along with other local community singing groups.
