Disney Announces Entertainment Lineup for Disney Cruise Line

More entertaining news is coming from Disney this week. After the announcement yesterday of the return of meet and greets and other entertainment favorites to Walt Disney World Resort, today the Disney Cruise Line shares its entertainment lineup on the Disney Parks Blog.

In a video released on the blog, Disney Cruise Line gave a preview of what entertainment options will be available on its ships. Check it out below.

There will be multiple character and entertainment experiences available for cruisers from the moment they board one of the ships. Once on board, there will be an interactive musical moment to greet them with Captains Mickey and Minnie.

Meals will also be magical. Disney shared the following description about what will happen during their dining experiences:

In Enchanted Garden, get ready for a high-energy celebration starring Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto. In Royal Palace (Disney Dream) and Royal Court (Disney Fantasy), you’ll have the opportunity to greet the Disney princesses as you enter the restaurant and enjoy live music during dinner. And on cruises that are four nights or longer, you’re in for a swashbuckling adventure on pirate night when rowdy buccaneers take over all of the dining rooms.

There will also be some unique and magical opportunities to see and interact with characters both on the ships and also at Castaway Cay. Disney shared the following about character experiences saying:

Whether it’s Goofy making a special appearance in the Walt Disney Theatre, princesses greeting your family in the atrium or the Green Army Patrol roaming the upper decks, your favorite Disney friends will appear in unexpected places aboard the ship … and even on Castaway Cay!

There will be plenty of opportunities to experience characters and entertainment on the Disney Cruise Line. Which one most excites you? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
