Paramount+ Releases Teaser for Season 2 of Star Trek: Picard

The second season of Star Trek: Picard may not be arriving on Paramount+ (previously CBS All Access) until 2022 but the first teaser has already arrived. The release of the teaser came on June 16th, also known as “Captain Picard Day” to Star Trek: The Next Generation fans. The trailer gives a look at where Jean-Luc Picard, played by Patrick Stewart, may be going in the second season and also reveals the return of an old adversary. Check out the teaser below.

Star Trek: Picard – Season 2 – New Teaser

Season 2 of Star Trek: Picard sees Jean-Luc Picard again having to deal with Q, played by John de Lancie. They are joined in the cast by Alison Pill, Isa Briones, Evan Evagora, Michelle Hurd, Santiago Cabrera, Jeri Ryan, Orla Brady, and Brent Spiner.

Star Trek: Picard is produced by CBS Studios in association with Secret Hideout and Roddenberry Entertainment. Season two, Alex Kurtzman, Akiva Goldsman, Terry Matalas, Patrick Stewart, Heather Kadin, Rod Roddenberry, Trevor Roth, Doug Aarniokoski and Dylan Massin serving as executive producers; Aaron Baiers (Secret Hideout) and Kirsten Beyer serving as co-executive producers. Akiva Goldsman and Terry Matalas are serving as co-showrunners for the season.
