So What Did You Think?

It appears that the second season of Star Trek: Picard will have Picard returning to where he came from. Q will be appearing in the second season of the show and the trial will that appeared in Encounter at Farpoint in Star Trek: The Next Generations has continued on and will be revisited. Just how this fits into the story that began in season one of Star Trek: Picard isn’t known yet. However, this looks to be very intriguing. It will undoubtedly have fans talking about what is going on with the show on a weekly basis once again. AND IT WILL BE AWESOME! Q has been one of the greatest adversaries of Picard (and others in the world of Star Trek) through the years. Exactly what his agenda will be this time around will be very exciting to see.

As I rewatch the teaser, I’m also noticing there are a LOT of details to be noticed in. Some are more obvious than others. There are definitely some of Picard’s ships on display, an hourglass with the sand going in reverse, and some other less apparent details that could be significant (and maybe even lead to another Starfleet captain appearing!?) or could just be really cool set dressings. This teaser will be dissected by Star Trek fans over the coming days and months with each detail analyzed and discussed. I can’t wait!
