The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival Presented by CORKCICLE begins at Walt Disney World Resort on July 15th. This year, the festival will run for 129 days before it ends on November 20. It will will include multiple flavors on multiple menus, live entertainment, and also other family activities.
While the specific menu items haven’t been released yet, Disney is sharing that the Global Marketplaces will including both fan-favorite dishes and some new options as well. They will be from Hawai’i, Australia, Germany, Canada and Greece. At these locations, there will be new spicy, savory, and even sweet dishes to enjoy. There are also new Global Marketplaces concepts that will be offered by Morocco, The American Adventure, and elsewhere throughout the park in July. Later in the fall, more marketplaces will be opening as well!
There will be multiple offerings of live entertainment for the festival this year. This will include popular performing groups like the Voices of Liberty, Mariachi Cobre, and the Jammin’ Chefs. America Gardens Bandstand presented by Florida Blue Medicare, will be a live-music concert series that will be performed Friday nights through Monday nights during the festival. This will have local bands performing from Central Florida on the America Gardens Theatre stage. They will play both popular music of today and yesterday.
This year, CORKCICLE is the presenting sponsor for the festival. Guests visiting Shimmering Sips Global Marketplace and four other locations during the festival will find that there are multiple sparkling beverage options available to buy in an exclusive CORKCICLE premium beverage container to keep as a souvenir.
There are also other merchandise offerings that will be available that were created just for this festival. This includes apparel, home decor, pins, and more.
Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak is a scavenger hunt that can keep families on the lookout throughout the festival. There is also Emile’s Fromage Montage where guests can find new ways to experience cheese. This is done by purchasing five participating dishes from select Global Marketplaces. One of the dishes is a passionfruit cheesecake with toasted macadamia nuts. The goal is to collect five stamps and then head over to Shimmering Sips for a prize.
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival Presented by CORKCICLE is available to anyone that has valid theme park admission and park reservation on the date of their visit.
