More Dining Coming to Walt Disney World this Month

Walt Disney World is bringing more dining to guests this month! Character dining is coming back to Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Cape May’s Cafe will make it’s return at Disney’s Beach Club, and Tusker House will come back to Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Chef Mickey’s

On May 16, Mickey and his pals will be making their way to the “all-you-care-to-enjoy” family dining experience at Chef Mickey’s. Much like current COVID-19 restrictions at the parks and resorts, the characters will be available to take distanced photos or wave!

On the menu, you will be able to find “Chef Mickey’s Caesar,” citrus-poached shrimp salad, and assorted breads; main courses of gnocchi, roasted garlic potato Gratin, plant-based faro wheat fried rice, prime rib, roasted turkey, and salmon; and an assortment of sweets to top off the meal. Little ones in your family can enjoy mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, turkey corn dog nuggets, and more!

Cape May Café

On May 18, guests can once again visit Cape May Cafe Disney’s Beach Club Resort! At this time, Minnie’s Beach Bash Character Breakfast and the Seafood-and-More Dinner Buffet will not return.

The breakfast menu will feature pastries, omelets, and Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse waffles. At, dinner service, you can find house-made Parker House rolls and corn bread, a seafood boil with a variety of fresh seafood, The Turf Platter with steak and chicken, and lobster mac and cheese. Getting hungry? Reservations open for Cape May Café and dinnertime at Chef Mickey’s on May 7.

Tusker House

This Summer, Tusker House is returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom! This character dining location will offer modified experiences with Donald Duck in his safari gear with all his pals! More details on the menu will be available soon!
