Ranger the white rhino calf has made his debut on the Kilimanjaro Safaris savanna at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The four month old rhino joined the rest of the herd for the first time this week, along with his mother Kendi.
Guests visiting the park can now potentially see Ranger as he explores his new environment as both he and Kendi spend more time on the savanna. The last few months the two of them have been bonding together out of guest view. This included time together wallowing in the mud and also interacting with the rest of the rhino herd.
