Parks, Passes, and a Dragon – DISNEY Reporter

Welcome to another exciting week of Disney news with the DISNEY Reporter. This week, there is a lot of ground to cover and it was hard to pick the top five. The top story of the week is that California released guidelines for theme parks to reopen this week. The guidelines were swiftly rejected by theme parks, local governments, and other organizations.

Over at Tokyo Disney Resort, there was an update regarding Annual Passes. They are being discontinued at the end of the year. At this time it isn’t known if this is a permanent change or not. Current passholders are being offered refunds.

At Walt Disney World Resort, details were released about the next Taste of EPCOT Festival of the Arts that will be arriving in January. The festival will be running from January 8 – February 22, 2021.

Finally, Walt Disney Animation Studios has released the first trailer for Raya and the Last Dragon.  This new animated feature stars the vocal talents of Kellie Marie Tran and will be arriving in theaters in March.
