The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort has announced that it will be reopening to guests on July 29th. The reopening will come just weeks after the parks reopening at Walt Disney World Resort. “With the Disney parks reopening, we are thrilled to open our doors again,” said the hotel’s new area general manager, Sean Verney. “We are committed to providing a relaxing and revitalizing experience but doing so in a responsible manner.”
As is becoming coming across Disney resorts, extra care is being taken for both safety and cleaning protocols. “In preparation for reopening, the property has implemented Our Commitment to Clean, a new set of policies and procedures for cast members and guests to address the unique challenges presented by the current pandemic environment,” Disney shared in a statement.
For the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, these new protocols include cleaning at every step and every location of a guest’s experience while at the resort. It also includes enhanced protocols for those helping create the experience.
To help create a safe and magical experience, Disney has a plan that focuses on the following components:
- Enhanced Cleaning
- Physical Distancing
- Face Masks
“We’re ready!” said Verney. “While much of the world has changed, our goal remains the same – to deliver a magical experience for our guests – and that’s what we plan to do.”
Guests with reservations at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort can now access the Disney Parks Pass system and make reservations for their future Walt Disney World Resort visit. Reservations for Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort can be made at swandolphin.com.
