Disneyland Annual Passholders to Get Exclusive Opportunities to Experience Soarin’ Over California

Disneyland Annual Passholders will get the exclusive opportunity to experience Soarin’ Over California when it returns later this month. The Disney California Adventure opening day attraction will be returning to the Disneyland Resort from February 28 through April 21st.

Disneyland Annual Passholders will get the exclusive experiences on March 11th, 18th, and 25th. On each of these days Annual Passholders will get an extra hour to ride the attraction once Disney California Adventure closes to day guests. Annual Passholders who want to experience this opportunity will need to be in the park with a valid Annual Pass before closing time.

Soarin’ Over California opened at what was then known as Disney’s California Adventure on February 8, 2001. This version of the attraction closed on June 16, 2016. The next day, June 17, 2016, Soarin’ Around the World opened at Disney California Adventure. The original version of the attraction returned to the park in 2019 from May through August.

Versions of this attraction have been recreated globally at Disney Parks. This includes Soarin’ Around the World in Epcot (originally Soarin’ Over California) at Walt Disney World Resort, Soaring Over the Horizon at Shanghai Disney, and Soaring: Fantastic Flight at Tokyo DisneySea.
