“Gifts of Mara” Coming to Indiana Jones Adventure in Play Disney Parks App

Gifts of Mara

If you’ve ever taken a step inside the Temple of the Forbidden Eye, you’ve likely noticed strange markings lining the walls. Well, when the attraction originally opened back in 1995, guests were given a decoder to translate these messages. Now, Disney is bringing these decoders to the Play Disney Parks App along with an adventure titled “Gifts of Mara”.

Now, guests will be able to explore temple grounds, decode the long lost language, and even uncover new maps to unlock achievements. Want to get a good idea of what you could expect? Check out the video from Disney below!

This will be a great way to pass the time in the legendary queue while the attraction remains open to the public. In 2020, Indiana Jones Adventure will go down for a lengthy refurbishment, just in time for the attraction to celebrate its 25th year. We can’t wait to see what is in store for this intense exploration into the temple remnants.

Want to play around Disneyland even more? Download the Play Disney Parks app and find what adventures await you inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and inside each queue! You can also find ways to engage with the group you’re traveling with, through trivia and Disney music!

Will you be heading into the Temple of the Forbidden Eye to experience the “Gifts of Mara” soon? Be sure to connect with us on Twitter and Facebook to let us know!
