New Restaurant Beatrix Coming to Disney Springs at Walt Disney World

Disney Springs has quite the collection of incredible eateries. The DAPS MAGIC team is particularly fond of The Edison, The Boathouse, and Raglan Road to name a few of many. Soon, there will be yet another eating option at Disney Springs to check out and enjoy. The Disney Parks Blog announced today that Beatrix will be coming to Disney Springs.

Owned by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (a Chicago-based restaurant group), Beatrix will be the first restaurant to open at Disney Springs that is owned by the company. In fact, when it opens at Disney Springs West Side, it’ll be the first restaurant owned by the group in Florida! Beatrix is billed as a neighborhood restaurant that is also a coffeehouse and grab-and-go market. It offers healthy food options including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan along with fresh-squeezed juice cocktails. The restaurant will also offer a bakery and full-service bar with a selection of all-American beer and wine.

Marc Jacobs, Executive Partner and Divisional President shared that, “Beatrix represents the way people are eating today – it’s that mix of health and comfort. Whether grabbing a cup of coffee and your favorite pastry, or having a cocktail, lunch, or dinner with friends, it’s your neighborhood meeting place.”

Beatrix isn’t the only new food offering coming to Disney Springs though. In the future, there will be other new establishments coming to Disney Springs including  City Works Eatery & Pour House which is expected to open this winter. Ample Hills Creamery will also be coming to Disney Springs.
