Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Runs Takes 1 Millionth Guest on Galactic Flight at Disneyland

The Millennium Falcon has been a busy ship since guests were able to board and fly her starting on May 31st when Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opened at Disneyland. This week, the 1 millionth guest to ride the fastest hunk of junk of the galaxy went on a galactic adventure.

The guest was 8-year-old Jonathan Ridgeway. From Ocean Springs, Mississippi, he became the 1 millionth guest to pilot the Falcon. He was joined by his family that included parents Roger and Becky Ridgeway, and also his brother Logan. For this historic voyage, they were joined by Chewbacca and other cast members who helped open Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge just a few weeks ago.

The family began by boarding the Millennium Falcon and were hanging out in the main hold and lounge. There they were able to sit at the Dejarik table before being surprised by the arrival of Chewbacca. Then they went on their adventure with Jonathan co-piloting the Millennium Falcon. After returning to Batuu, the family was treated to some Blue and Green Milk to celebrate the milestone occasion they were a part of.
