Shanghai Disney has been open for over just a year and has hosted around 13 million guests so far. These guests have made memories that will last a lifetime. Now, Shanghai Disney has been recognized for all it has done. It was recently given the 2017 China Best Employer award recipients from AON Hewitt. This recognized Disney’s commitment as an employer of choice in China.
Shanghai Disney currently has around 10,000 cast members that represent over 500 professions. Disney has created different programs to assist these cast members. One of them is the Employee Assistance Program that mentors young cast members in their personal and professional lives. Shanghai Disney has also created the Be-Well initiative to build healthier lifestyles through expert lectures, group activities, tip sharing, and more.
