
Fall has arrived and with it… pumpkin everything! It seems like everywhere you turn there is something with pumpkin. In coffee, bread, cookies, or even ice cream, now is the time for pumpkin treats. It seems only fitting that we should share a combination of two favorites today then: pumpkin & cheesecake. For this time of year could there be a better combination?

Wrapping foil around springform pan prevents water from the water bath from getting into the cheesecake. The slow cooling inside the oven prevents cheesecake top from cracking.
