Creator of fan-comic “Pocket Princesses”, Amy Mebberson, to be new Artist in Residence at Wonderground Gallery

I was very excited to see the announcement this morning from Amy Mebberson that she will again be appearing as the Artist in Residence at the Wonderground Gallery this July at Downtown Disney!

I’ve been a long time fan of her work, stemming from the web comic “Pocket Princesses”, which is a hilarious one spot illustration with some kind of Disney Princess shenanigans.  If you haven’t seen that particular part of her work, she has an entire Facebook page dedicated to the comic.  It’s as if all the Disney Princesses lived together in a giant Disney Sorority house. So Good!

Amy, an Australian artist with years of experience within the Walt Disney Company, will be appearing July 4-6, 11-13, 18 – 20 from 6-10p.m. each night.. She will be live painting, greeting fans, and have some new original prints available!
