The Disneyland All-American College Band program has begun the process of putting together the 2015 Disneyland Resort All-American College Band. The process will begin with a YouTube video submission that will lead to the possibility of an invitation to audition.
Here are the details about the audition process that were released on the official Disneyland All-American College Band facebook page:
2015 Audition Information
We’re in the process of scheduling audition dates and locations for the 2015 All-American College Band.
Next year marks the 45th Anniversary of the All-American College Band here at Disneyland and we are looking to recruit the most talented and energetic musicians across the nation to join our 2015 Band! At this time we ask that all interested collegiate musicians submit a YouTube video for review—submissions will be accepted August 15, 2014-January 15, 2015. Each video should be no longer than 15 minutes in length and obtain your name, school you are currently attending, classification and all contact information. Please send your information and a link to your video to email@example.com. After your video submission has been reviewed, you will either receive an invite to our upcoming auditions or a message with notes and advice for next year. Please understand that we would love to keep everyone; however, we can only build one band and fully encourage those that do not make it through this year to work hard and try again next year. With that said, we are looking for 3 main things in these videos: 1) high degree of musicianship, 2) versatility and 3) personality.
