A new street party has debuted at Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party at Disney California Adventure. This is the new main entertainment offering at this Halloween party at the Disneyland Resort. Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party is themed to the classic Haunted Mansion.

This street party sees many icons from the Haunted Mansion making their way along the parade route, complete with a fairly substantial host of lively (yes, I know what I did right there) dancers. It has Madame Leota taking over the Oogie Boogie Bash after the arrival of this street party. She takes everyone into the realm of the supernatural during the show stop. Once this is complete, everyone is returned to the land of the living.

This Halloween season, Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party arrives at Disney California Adventure Park during Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party. Watch the street come alive with spooky music, energetic dancing and spirited Characters.

This new street party is a whole lot of fun and brings fantastic energy to Oogie Boogie Bash. While it might not be a full parade, it does seem to have the number of performers one would expect from a classic Disneyland Resort parade. It also has a theme song that is quite catchy. Traditionally, something of this scale would have bigger floats. However, with the construction going on around Disney California Adventure, this seems like a very clever alternative to the classic approach to a Disney parade.
