For quite some time, Disneyland’s Accessibility Services could be found in one of the old ticket booths that was just inside the Harbor Boulevard security checkpoint in the southeast corner of the Esplanade. This has changed now, and Accessibility Services is now in a ticket booth on the west side of the Esplanade. It is in Ticket Booth 6. The new location is near the work site for the future Porto’s Bakery & Cafe.
The move was made this week, with the new location opening on Tuesday. Friend of Daps Magic Mike stopped by the Disneyland Resort on Tuesday evening and took the following photos and video of where the new location is:

Speak with a Cast Member to learn about services for Guests with disabilities. Pick up and return tools to help enhance your theme park experience—including Disney Handheld Devices and Braille resources.
Various tools are offered for Guests with disabilities. Some are available for rent while others you can keep.
Tools available for rent that need to be returned to an Accessibility Services Kiosk include:

Hours of Operation & Location for the Accessibility Services Kiosk
Guests may visit the Accessibility Services Kiosk in person from one hour prior to park open up until 3 hours prior to park close. Check the Disneyland App for park hours. The Accessibility Services Kiosk is located on the west side of the Esplanade.

The move of Accessibility Services comes ahead of work being done on a new entrance to the Esplanade from a new parking lot to the East of the Disneyland Resort. This will include a bridge that guests will utilize to cross Harbor Boulevard as part of a new entry process. Work recently began on the site of this new parking structure, which will also include a new security entrance. Presumably, the former home of Accessibility Services will be demolished to make way for this new entrance and other changes happening around the Disneyland Resort.
