An exact official opening date for Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby has not been revealed yet. However, reservations are now available for the newest restaurant in the Downtown Disney District. As of this morning, reservations became available for the restaurant starting at 4:30 PM daily. The reservations begin today, Monday, July 13, 2026.






Along with the reservations becoming available, the menu for Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby has also been revealed. It includes classic British fare that includes Gordon Ramsay’s legendary Beef Wellington, Bangers and Mash, Fish & Chips, and more. The Carnaby is coming to the Downtown Disney District under the guidance of Chef Gordon Ramsay. The restaurant is billed as more than just that, but also as a destination. It carries the standards that have defined Gordon Ramsay restaurants through the years and made his brand iconic. This includes bold flavors, refined presentation, and an elevated dining experience that is fitting of Chef Ramsay.
The restaurant will offer dining experiences throughout the day, each designed to impress its guests. This will include elegant interiors, incredible service, and a vibrant atmosphere in the heart of the Downtown Disney District to make unforgettable dining experiences. This will give guests at the Disneyland Resort the opportunity to experience Gordon Ramsay’s signature excellence.
Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby can accommodate 175 guests. The restaurant will be able to host a variety of functions that range from intimate meals to group gatherings.
An official opening date for Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby hasn’t been announced yet. It joins the Earl of Sandwich (which it shares a building with) as the newest dining destination at The Happiest Place on Earth! The Earl of Sandwich opened at the end of June. During this soft opening, The Carnaby will serve dinner nightly from 4:30 PM to 10 PM and will expand to include breakfast and lunch in the coming months.
Gordon Ramsay is a Scottish-born British celebrity chef, restaurateur, and television personality with restaurants around the globe. He has earned Michelin stars and many other accolades throughout his career. The addition of his presence in the Downtown Disney District continues to elevate its culinary offerings.
