A new episode of Imagineer That! has arrived on the Walt Disney Imagineering YouTube channel. In this episode, Tom Morrow 2.0 digs into a question that is perhaps asked the most by Disney fans: how do you become an Imagineer? First, Tom asks Imagineers and discovers that the answer to this question isn’t as straightforward as he thought it would be. Then, he stops by Imagineer Vinny’s office from People & Culture to seek out this answer. Check out what he discovered below!

As can be seen in the video, there are over 150 different disciplines in Walt Disney Imagineering, so there are many different paths to becoming an Imagineer. What becomes more important is being curious and pursuing passion. Continuing to do this and being a team player really helps set people up for a chance at being an Imagineer.

Vinny also shared that another good idea for aspiring Imagineers is to keep tabs on the career website for the organization at WDI.DisneyCareers.com.
