Guests visiting the Disney Parks domestically and wanting to stay at a Disney Resort Hotel now have another way to do this. The websites for both Disneyland and Walt Disney World are giving options to pay later. When reserving, there is the following notice included near the “Continue” button before checkout: Pay now or pay over time with the Disney® Visa® Card or Pay Later options with PayPal!

This is followed by a Learn More link where guests learn how these options work:

When exploring other payment methods, there is an explanation that says (as seen on the Disneyland website):
For select Disneyland Resort vacation packages, which include theme park tickets and a Disneyland Resort hotel stay, you can pay a deposit at the time of booking then pay the remaining balance in customizable installments. The payment schedule and amounts are up to you as long as the full balance is paid 30 days prior to check-in.
Specifics on this deposit and payment options can be found here. The Walt Disney World Resort website is offering the same options, and the specifics for its deposit and payment options can be found here. Both websites seem to have the same information for these options.
What do you think about these updated payment options? Will it make it easier for you to book a stay at Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
