Earl of Sandwich is now officially open at the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. After much speculation this week about when it would be opening, the popular sandwich shop is now officially serving guests.

With this new permanent location opening at the Disneyland Resort, two new experiences have been added. They are the following:

• The Carvery – a centerpiece experience where premium pastrami is carved fresh throughout the day in full view of guests
• The Pub – located within Earl of Sandwich, inviting guests to enjoy draft beers, wines, frozen cocktails, and refreshing seasonal beverages

Here is a look at the full menu:

“We didn’t want to simply build another Earl of Sandwich. We wanted to create a destination worthy of the Downtown Disney District,” said Robert Earl, founder of Earl of Sandwich. “Earl of Sandwich has always been rooted in a remarkable story, but history alone isn’t enough. As Downtown Disney enters an exciting new chapter, we saw an opportunity to reimagine what Earl of Sandwich could be alongside it. This new location honors our heritage while creating moments of discovery around every corner, all while delivering the quality, exceptional value, and hospitality our guests have come to expect from us.”

The official grand opening of the Earl of Sandwich will be on July 15, 2026. To commemorate this occasion, Luke Montagu, the 12th Earl of Sandwich and direct descendant of the dignitary behind one of the world’s most beloved foods, will be in attendance. The Earl of Sandwich was founded by hospitality entrepreneur Robert Earl. This was in partnership with the Montagu family. This included the 11th Earl of Sandwich, John Montague, and his son Orlando Montagu. This brand traces its heritage back to 1762, when the 4th Earl of Sandwich inspired one of the world’s most iconic and beloved meals.

Earl of Sandwich will be open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
