The Amanda Castro Band - Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival

The Amanda Castro Band Delights at Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival

The Amanda Castro Band is one of the many different musical acts that have been performing during the 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. The band celebrates the golden era of music in a way that is vibrant and fresh. The performances are full of energy and warmth as Amanda and the band engage with the audience and welcome them in.

On Friday, April 17th, The Amanda Castro Band performed in Disney California Adventure for their final performance of the festival. Throughout the afternoon and into the evening, they performed four sets. The vibe of their performances was perfect for the Food and Wine Festival. While filming the first performance of the day, I couldn’t help but think how nice it would be to have a cocktail/mocktail/soda/whatever paired with a snack to enjoy the performance in front of me. As I looked around, others were doing exactly that and having the best time. At the end of the set, the band got the audience involved with a second line as they performed When the Saints Go Marching In. This performance got people out of their seats and also drew in others who were watching from further back. All in all, it was a lot of fun. The full set can be seen below.

The Amanda Castro Band is a great band. There is clear camaraderie among the ensemble. Amanda interacts with the band and with the audience with warmth and kindness as she masterfully sings tunes from days gone by. For this set, they performed the following songs:

  • Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend
  • I Ain’t Got Nobody
  • Cachito Mío
  • Sick and Tired
  • When the Saints Go Marching In
