Walt Disney Imagineering Gives Behind-the-Scenes Look at Disney Cruise Line Entertainment Rehearsal Facility

Walt Disney Imagineering continues to pull back the curtains of its historically secretive operations. While many (most) of the secrets remain intact, Disney fans are still getting a look at some of the ways that Imagineering makes magic come to life. In a new video that was posted on YouTube, Imagineering showed off the Disney Cruise Line’s Entertainment rehearsal facility in Toronto, Canada. This is the first time this facility has been shown publicly by Disney. The tour is hosted by Ed Whitlow, the Director of Artistic Operations, at the 19-studio facility. Check out the video here:

As can be seen, this tour shows how some favorite shows on the Disney Cruise Line come to life before they perform them at sea. This video also showed several shows that are beloved and will eventually be loved by guests in the future, including Disney Hercules. It also shows the different levels of rehearsal from singing, to dancing, to fighting giant puppets, to singing while flying!

What do you think of this look at this facility for entertainment rehearsals for the Disney Cruise Line? What did you like best about it? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
