Avatar: The Way of Water is returning to theaters exclusively in 3D for one week. It will be in theaters starting October 3, 2025. This comes ahead of the release of Avatar: Fire and Ash on December 19, 2025. A trailer has been released for Avatar: The Way of Water, which originally came to theaters in 2022, ahead of its return. The film garnered $2.3 billion globally during its initial run. It also won an Academy Award for best achievement in visual effects. Check out the trailer for this release here:
