On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, it’s a small world reopened at Disneyland. With its reopening, two new characters from Pixar’s Coco were added to the beloved attraction. Both Miguel and his alebrije, Dante, joined the attraction that debuted in 1964 at the New York World’s Fair.
Daps Magic team member Steven stopped by Disneyland on Tuesday morning to check out the reopening of it’s a small world. Below is a look at the attraction as it looks on its reopening day!
This isn’t the only update coming to it’s a small world this year, however. On July 17th, a third verse to the beloved tune will be added to the attraction. The verse was written by Disney Legend Richard Sherman before he passed. The verse debuted during a beautiful panel honoring his life and legacy at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event last year.
