For many Southern California families, an annual summer destination is Knott’s Soak City. This popular water park is a great way for people to have fun in the sun during the season. Today, Knott’s Berry Farm announced that the Buena Park waterpark will be opening on May 17th for the summer season. When it does, guests will be able to enjoy all 15 acres of watery fun!

Throughout the waterpark, there are over 20 exhilarating speed, tube, and body slides. Guests can also catch a wave at Tidal Wave Bay, the state-of-the-art wave pool where the surf crests over four feet! For those looking for a different type of adventure, they can go for a wild raft ride on The Wedge. On the other end of the spectrum of experiences, there is the relaxing Sunset River. This slow-moving waterway is 1,780 feet long, making it one of the longest lazy rivers in the country! Gremmie Lagoon offers little swimmers a chance to jump and splash on an interactive water-filled playground.
