On this day in 2015, the ‘Daredevil’ television series premiered on Netflix, a joint production of Marvel and ABC Studios. Charlie Cox plays Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer who gains extraordinary senses and fights the criminal underworld in the courtroom during the day and as a superhero at night. The show’s style was based on the films of the 1970s. ‘Daredevil’ ran for three seasons and is back in 2025 on Disney+ with the sequel ‘Daredevil: Born Again.’ [10 years ago in 2025]
