The popularity of BDX Droids has never been higher. Recently, these droids appeared in Disney’s Annual Shareholder Meeting. Before that, they were seen on the Disney Cruise Line, at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, and Disneyland’s 2024 Season of the Force. It was announced earlier this year that these droids will be going on a global adventure. This will include stops at Tokyo Disney Resort, Disneyland Paris, and Walt Disney World.
On social media, it was revealed that the BDX Droids have arrived at Tokyo Disneyland. This comes just ahead of Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025. Videos have appeared from Disney and others showing the droids enchanting guests at Tokyo Disneyland. Below is a look at a couple of the videos that have been shared:
The BDX Droids made their first public appearance in 2023 at Disneyland during what was a play test. A friend of Daps Magic sent multiple videos in for this test. Here is one of them:
The BDX Droids are cute, have their own personalities, and have a way of charming those around them. They can also interact with each other. Along with appearing at multiple Disney Parks around the globe, they will also be making an appearance in The Mandalorian and Grogu.
