There are quite a few different anniversaries happening this summer. The Disneyland Resort will be kicking off its 70th anniversary celebration. A Goofy Movie is also celebrating its 30th anniversary. Pixar Animation Studios is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Toy Story as well!
In honor of the 30th anniversary of the popular Toy Story franchise, which that original movie kicked off, Rex the lovable dinosaur will be making his debut at Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure. Rex is a toy green Tyrannosaurus who may look like he could be the most fearsome toy in the toy box. This couldn’t be further from the truth, however. He is instead one of the most lovable. He is full of insecurities and constantly worries about his small roar, but he will also always come through for his friends.
