The entrance to Disney California Adventure from Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa has closed. Guests who walked by the entrance in Disney California Adventure on Monday, March 10, 2025, saw wood walls blocking the entrance to the hotel. This comes as the Disneyland Resort continues the process of updating and upgrading the entrance gates to its two theme parks.
Daps Magic team member Steven stopped by the Disneyland Resort to catch the progress being made on these gates. Below is a look at the pictures he took of the entrance as seen from Disney California Adventure.
When completed, the new entrance gates to the parks at the Disneyland Resort will be a much more modern approach to entering the parks. Guests will find the experience more efficient and very easy. They also will not have to worry about bags or camera straps being caught in the old turnstiles. The result will be less waiting to get into the parks and more time enjoying them!
