Tokyo Disneyland has announced that new experiences will be coming to Star Tours – The Adventures Continue for a limited time starting on April 8. These new experiences will include new characters and a new planet. They will be offered until June 30, 2025.
Characters will include Ahsoka Tano, Cassian Andor, and the Mandalorian with Grogu along with scenes from a new planet. These all come from the Disney+ Star Wars series Ahsoka, The Mandalorian, and Andor. These updates appear to be the ones already experienced by fans who board Star Tours at the Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts. Following this special period that features these new scenes, they will be incorporated into the randomized experiences that are experienced by guests at Tokyo Disneyland.
Ahsoka Tano, the former Jedi warrior and padawan of Anakin Skywalker will be one of the characters appearing in Star Tours. Guests may also encounter Cassian Andor, the intelligence officer and hero of the Rebel Alliance. They might also see the Mandalorian, the lone bounty hunter who travels with Grogu. These characters will be seen through transmissions while flying aboard Star Tours. They will also fly to Seatos where they will fly through the skies between the Purrgil space whales.
Nearby, Ikspiari will be showing Star Wars movies leading up to the debut of these new scenes on Star Tours – The Adventures Continue. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in which Cassian Andor is a prominent character will be shown from March 7-9. From April 15-20, all nine Star Wars films of the Skywalker Saga will be screened. The experience will enhanced with posters and background music being played at Cinema Ikspiari.
There will also be Grogu pins that will be available at Tokyo Disneyland starting on April 7, 2025.
