Happy Valentine’s Day! And what could be more romantic than a trip for two on Disneyland’s Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, featured on card #25? When it opened on September 2, 1979, it added a third rollercoaster to Disneyland’s attraction lineup. What might have been more romantic? Earlier that year, on July 4, for the first time, a baby was born in Disneyland. There was no lifetime pass involved, but the proud parents did receive a commemorative “Birth Certificate #1” from Mickey Mouse!
