On Monday, January 20, 2025, it’s a small world Holiday gave its last merry cruise for the season. The attraction, with its holiday overlay, had been running since November 14, 2024. On Tuesday morning, the attraction was surrounded by walls as work began on returning it to the traditional version of the attraction.
The Daps Magic team was on hand on Monday to film the cruise on the last day of the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort 2024 season. It can be seen here:
On Tuesday, Daps Magic team member Steven stopped by Disneyland and took photos and video of the process of transforming it’s a small world Holiday back to it’s a small world. Because the attraction is down, it’s one of the few times that the regular it’s a small world theme is not playing in the area. The videos and photos can be seen here:
A reopening date has not been announced yet for it’s a small world. Presumably, it will reopen before the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration starts on May 16, 2025.
