When Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opened on November 15, 2025, it utilized a virtual queue for guests who wanted to experience the attraction. There were three times throughout the day for guests to attempt to get a boarding group. There also was the option for Lighting Lane Multi Pass or Lightning Lane Premiere Pass for guests who didn’t want to deal with the virtual queue for whatever reason.
Today, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland debuted its standby queue and with it, the single rider option. Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Premier Pass remain available for guests to purchase to experience this attraction as well. This is subject to availability.
Daps Magic friend Spencer stopped by the attraction to check out how well both of these worked. As the day progressed, the standby wait went from a quick wait to over an hour and a half. When Spencer stopped by, the wait time was around 75 minutes. He tested the single rider option and was on the ride within 40 minutes. He also noted a few things about the attraction:
- When the attraction has a wait of approximately 70 minutes, the queue stretches into the children’s garden.
- There are three parts to the single rider queue. First, in the outside queue outside the arch where Lightning Lane scanners are at. Guests are held until there is more space in the single rider line. Second, there is a hold area in the hallway inside. The final space is the bridge space where the old single rider line used to be.
- All logs are not being filled completely.
- The first two seats in each log are the wettest places to sit.
- The back three seats appear to get guests only a little bit wet.
Note that these are observations of the first day for the standby queue and single rider line. Below are some photos from the day and Spencer’s experience.
As the day progressed, the queue went from under a half hour in the morning to as high as 90 minutes in the mid-afternoon. At the time of this writing, it has backed down to 80 minutes.
