At the recent D23 – Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim in August and the D23 Event in Brazil, Disney fans got a sneak peek at the upcoming slate of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars films and series.
Disney Animation will release Moana 2 on November 26. December 6 has Night*itch from Searchlight Pictures. Mufasa: The Lion King will be released on December 20, while Searchlight will release A Complete Unknown on December 25.
In 2025, Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World will be released on February 14. Disney’s Snow White follows on March 21. 20th Century Studios will release The Amateur on April 11.
Marvel’s Thunderbolts will kick off the summer slate on May 2. The live-action Lilo & Stitch will be released on May 23. Elio from Pixar will be in theatres on June 13, while Marvel continues with another film The Fantastic Four: First Steps on July 25. Freakier Friday ends the summer slate with its release on August 8.
An Untitled Disney movie is scheduled for release on September 8 and Disney will release Tron: Ares on October 10, 2025.
Two 20th Century films will end the year with Predator: Badlands on November 7, while Avatar: Fire and Ash will be released on December 19. Disney Animation will release Zootopia 2 on November 26.
