It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Holidays at the Disneyland Resort bring additional holiday magic to combine with Disney magic to create memories that will last a lifetime. Throughout this celebration that continues through January 6, 2025, guests have the opportunity to experience incredible holiday entertainment, food, merchandise, and more. They can also go for a ride with Princess Tiana and Louis to find the special ingredient that is needed for her soiree with the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure!
Disneyland
Disneyland park has many merry experiences to be had. Moments after entering Disneyland, they can meet Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and other friends in their new holiday outfits. Further in the park, Santa Claus can be found at the Fantasyland Theater. There, along with meeting Santa, guests can also have some fun meeting other Disney characters and have some magical holiday experiences during their visit.
There are two attractions with holiday overlays at Disneyland. it’s a small world Holiday again returns this year to take guests on the merriest cruise with beautiful lights and enchanting music. Across the park, Haunted Mansion Holiday continues to celebrate the season with the help of Jack Skellington.
For entertainment lovers, there is no shortage of offerings to be found throughout the park. The Disneyland Band, Dapper Dans, and many other groups will be performing holiday favorites throughout the day. A Christmas Fantasy Parade returns to the parade route throughout the season. In the evening, Believe… in Holiday Magic again lights up the sky with holiday cheer, followed by snowfall. There are other magical moments to be experienced throughout the park as well during the holiday season.
Disney California Adventure
At Disney California Adventure, the holidays are being celebrated in more ways than ever. A large part of this is through Disney Festival of Holidays. This includes incredible food offerings at the many Marketplace Booths and select restaurants. There is also merchandise available as well (there are some great collections this year as seen below!).
On top of all of that, there is more entertainment than ever this year at Disney California Adventure for Disney Festival of Holdiays. This includes a wide range of performing groups, Mickey’s Happy Holidays, World of Color – Season of Light, Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party on the weekend, and two new shows during the weekdays that offer plenty of heart through their performances. One includes Mirabel and her friends celebrating the gifts of the season. The other is a celebration of the holidays with mariachi and the arrival of Miguel from Pixar’s Coco. Both are beautiful additions to the entertainment lineup at the Disneyland Resort this year for the holidays.
