On Wednesday, Disney Legend Anikia Noni Rose was joined by Jenifer Lewis and PJ Morton for a special opening celebration of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The celebration included a live jazz band, singers, other entertainers, the Mark Twain riverboat, and these incredible performers. It culminated a day of celebrating the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure where members of the media were able to experience the attraction. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure officially opens to the public on November 15, 2024.
The special celebration took place along the Rivers of America which had been closed off to regular guests for the evening. Tiana and Naveen could be seen meeting guests in their finest outfits (which also seemed to match what they wore on the attraction). Louis also was on hand. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse also were meeting with guests.
The whole night was a wonderful celebration of all of the hard work that was put into bringing Tiana’s Bayou Adventure to life at the Disneyland Resort. This includes the hard work of Imagineers, Cast Members, and others who all contributed to this magical addition to the Disneyland Resort.
