Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe introduced a new menu at Magic Kingdom today. The new menu utilizes a “create-your-own” concept to allow each guest to get exactly what they want. Guests will get to delight their taste buds with the new Tex-Mex flavors inspired by the American Southwest when they dine at Pecos Bill Tale Inn & Cafe.

Here is the new process for dining at Pecos Bill Tale Inn & Cafe:

  1. Pick a Base of either a Steamed Tamale, Rice Bowl, Nacho Bowl, or Southwest Caesar Salad
  2. Pick a Protein of either Citrus-Chipotle Chicken, Green Chili Pork, or Coca-Cola Cherry Braised Beef (this can be doubled or a second protein can be added for an additional charge)

There are also some new à la carte selections for both entrées and sides now available as well. The entrées include the Double Chili con Queso Burger, the plant-based Grilled Masa Flatbread. For sides, there are the new Barbecue-Cheddar Seasoned French Fries or Charro Beans. Of course, there are also some sweets as well. This includes the Sweet Corn Mousse and Mexican Chocolate and Horchata Verrine.

Bowl Base:

  • Steamed Tamale: Steamed green chili-cheese tamale with stewed pinto beans, queso fresco, and pico de gallo
  • Nacho Bowl: House-fried corn tortilla chips smothered with stewed pinto beans, chipotle queso, and pico de gallo
  • Rice Bowl: Stewed pinto beans, cilantro-lime rice, cowboy caviar, pico de gallo, and queso fresco
  • Southwest Caesar Salad: Romaine tossed in creamy salsa verde dressing, pepitas, queso fresco, pico de gallo, and tortilla strips

Protein:

Choose one of these three options. You can add a second or double your portion for an additional charge.

  • Grilled Masa Flatbread: Grilled corn flatbread topped with sweet potatoes, stewed pinto beans, plant-based pepper jack “cheese,” shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and plant-based lime crema (Plant-based) (Chicken, beef, or pork add-on available)

All of these dishes are served with apple slices, a Cuties Mandarin, and choice of small lowfat milk or small DASANI bottled water.
