Story Time with Deadpool

PHOTOS/VIDEO: Deadpool and Wolverine Arrive at Avengers Campus

Deadpool and Wolverine have arrived at Disney California Adventure in Avengers Campus. The duo made their first appearance at a domestic Disney park in the afternoon of Friday, July 26, 2024. Fans waited for hours to see their first appearance at Avengers Campus in the form of Story Time with Deadpool.

At around 1:40 PM, Story Time with Deadpool began with the beautiful strains of When You Wish Upon a Star being played and Deadpool skipping out and waving at those who were waiting. He also blew multiple kisses to the crowd who was cheering his arrival. Thus began a new show that is sure to be popular with guests during its limited-time run. During the quick performance, Deadpool makes jokes referencing Magic Key holders, the Feige Cinematic Universe that has too many letters, and Splash Mountain. While this show is family-friendly, there are definitely some jokes included that adults will enjoy. The first story he told was “Beautypool and the Wolverbeast.” The second one was Cinderpool. The shows seemed to evolve throughout the day.

Throughout the evening, Deadpool and Wolverine also appeared during Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Dance Off! and Deadpool showed up riding a unicorn through Avengers Campus as well. The duo reportedly could appear during Avengers Assemble! as well but that did not happen on the first day that they were at the Disneyland Resort.

The Daps Magic team was on hand to document these moments at the Disneyland Resort. Below is the video and photos of the first showing of Story Time with Deadpool. There are also videos of their other appearances at Avengers Campus as well. Check them out and then share your thoughts on this new limited-time offering at the Disneyland Resort!
