There are a lot of new arrivals coming to Hulu in August. One of these arrivals is Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. The film, directed by Wes Ball, is the fourth film in the reboot of the Planet of the Apes franchise. It will be arriving on August 2, 2024. This film takes place several generations after Caesar’s reign.
The film brought in $170.7 million domestically and $396 million globally. It was released on May 10, 2024. The film had an estimated production budget of $160 million. It will be the 10th Planet of the Apes film to be on Hulu. The new film will join the other 9 films from the franchise on the streaming service.
