On June 10, 2024, CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza opened at EPCOT. The completion of this new location also marks the completion of the multi-year transformation of EPCOT. This new destination has entertainment, Mickey Mouse and other Disney friends, food (with a show kitchen), and space for special events and festivals.

On the opening day of this new area, Daps Magic team member Mikey Really Likey stopped by Walt Disney World and filmed a tour of both CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza with its ¡Celebración Encanto! show on the Plaza Stage. Check out this tour here:

¡Celebración Encanto! is running for a limited time at EPCOT. It tells the story of the Family Madrigal in a musical way. In the evening, the Plaza Stage comes to life with the music of a Latin groove band.

While the completion of CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza at EPCOT marks the end of the multi-year transformation. There is still plenty of room for imagination in the future. It is even possible that at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event more plans for the future will be shared for EPCOT or any of the other Disney theme parks in Florida and beyond.
