Today Disney Experiences has started its Halfway to Halloween celebration. There is a lot of news coming out about what will be coming throughout Disney Experiences for Halloween. This includes details about the dates for this year’s Oogie Boogie Bash at the Disneyland Resort. At Walt Disney World Resort, details were released about Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This after-hours event is separately ticketed from the regular daily admission to Magic Kingdom.
First off, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be offered on select nights between August 9 and December 31. At the party, Mickey and Minnie will be meeting guests in new costumes. There will also be some other new additions. For one, Bruno will be arriving and meeting guests alongside Mirabel in the Fantasy Garden. The new DescenDANCE Party will give guests the chance to show off their best villain dance moves in this offering inspired by the Disney+ movie, Descendants: The Rise of Red. It will take place at the Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is an after hours Halloween party that has quite a few fun offerings. This includes Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular, Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade (an hour earlier this year at 8:15 PM), the Cadaver Dans, and a whole lot more. There is also trick or treating throughout the park, favorite Disney characters to meet (with some in their Halloween costumes!), merchandise, and also food. Guests are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to the event as well (guidelines for these are on the Walt Disney World Resort website).
Event tickets go on sale for guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green starting May 8. Tickets will be available to all guests starting May 15. Here are the dates for this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party:

- September 2, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29
