On the evening of May 8, 2024, stars, celebrities, cast members, and more showed up at the NeueHouse Hollywood for the U.S. premiere of Doctor Who. This event was held just days before this new series arrives on Disney+ on May 10th at 4:00 PM PDT. After getting to see the new show, guests were invited to enjoy a timey-wimey after-party that was inspired by the world of Doctor Who.
Series stars Ncuti Gatwa (Fifteenth Doctor) and Millie Gibson (Ruby Sunday) were in attendance. They were joined by the creative team — Russell T Davies (showrunner, executive producer and writer) and executive producers Jane Tranter, Julie Gardner, Phil Collinson and Joel Collins. Along with those who worked on the show, other celebrities and guests were on hand as well. This included Alex Borstein (Family Guy, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), Kari Byron (MythBusters), Dan Povenmire (Phineas and Ferb), Rick and Becky Riordan (Percy Jackson and the Olympians), Dua Saleh (Sex Education) and many more. The screening was introduced by Ayo Davis (president, Disney Branded Television).
